Returns & Warranty

At GRAUV, we want you to feel confident in your jewelry purchase.

We carefully inspect every piece before it leaves us. Because our jewelry may be ready-to-ship, made-to-order, personalized, or custom-made, return eligibility and warranty coverage can vary by product and situation.

Please read this policy before placing an order. If you are unsure about a return, exchange, repair, or warranty request, contact us and our team will be happy to help.

1. Return Period

GRAUV generally accepts eligible returns within 7 to 14 days of delivery, depending on the jewelry and order type.

The applicable return period may be stated on the relevant product page or communicated at the time of purchase.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility

Eligible returns are reviewed case by case.

To be considered for a return, the jewelry should be:

• Unworn

• Undamaged

• In its original condition

• In the original packaging

• Returned with applicable certificates and documents

• Returned with original tags attached, where applicable

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, engraving, or other modification may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

3. Refunds, Exchanges & Store Solutions

Depending on the circumstances, GRAUV may offer a refund, exchange, repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.

The resolution will depend on the jewelry, condition of the item, reason for the request, availability, and applicable return terms.

Returns and exchanges are reviewed case by case.

4. Made-to-Order Jewelry

Made-to-order jewelry may be eligible for a return within 15 days of delivery, but all such requests are reviewed case by case.

Because these pieces may be produced specifically after an order is placed, return eligibility may depend on the design, materials, production work, and customization involved.

5. Custom & Personalized Jewelry

Completely custom-designed jewelry is generally not eligible for return or refund.

Personalized jewelry, including engraving, names, initials, special measurements, custom sizing, or other modifications made specifically at your request, is final sale and non-refundable.

If you have a concern with a custom or personalized piece, please contact us. We will review genuine concerns case by case and provide an appropriate solution where possible.

6. Return Shipping

If a return is required because of a mistake or issue caused by GRAUV, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

For eligible returns that are not caused by a GRAUV error, the customer may be responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping.

Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from GRAUV.

7. Our 30-Day Warranty

GRAUV provides a limited <b>30-day warranty</b> from the date your jewelry is delivered.

The warranty is intended to cover manufacturing and workmanship issues that affect the normal condition or function of the jewelry.

Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by GRAUV.

8. What the Warranty Covers

Where confirmed to be a manufacturing or workmanship issue, the warranty may cover:

• Manufacturing defects

• Setting or structural issues caused by workmanship

• Loose diamonds or gemstones caused by a manufacturing or setting issue

• Broken prongs where the break is determined to result from a manufacturing or workmanship defect

The appropriate solution will depend on the condition and design of the jewelry.

9. Warranty Resolution

If a covered warranty issue is confirmed, GRAUV may provide:

• Free repair, where possible

• Replacement, where repair is not reasonably possible

• Refund, where repair or replacement is not suitable

The final resolution will depend on the specific circumstances of the claim.

10. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not normally cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Scratches or surface marks

• Dents or damage caused by impact

• Accidental damage

• Loss or theft of the jewelry

• Damage caused by improper use or care

• Damage caused by chemicals or unsuitable substances

• Unauthorized modifications or alterations

• Damage caused by repairs performed by third parties

• Damage caused by resizing performed by third parties

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

11. Lost Jewelry

Loss or theft of the entire jewelry piece is not covered by the GRAUV warranty.

We recommend taking appropriate care of your jewelry and considering insurance for valuable pieces.

12. Lost Diamonds or Gemstones

Lost diamonds or gemstones are generally not covered by the warranty.

However, if an inspection determines that the loss was caused by a confirmed manufacturing or setting defect, GRAUV may review the claim under the warranty and may provide an appropriate repair, replacement, or other solution.

13. Repairs or Resizing by Other Jewelers

Customers may have jewelry repaired or resized by another jeweler. However, any resulting damage, alteration, or issue may affect whether a particular warranty claim can be approved.

GRAUV will inspect the jewelry and determine coverage based on the actual cause of the issue.

Where an issue is unrelated to third-party work, GRAUV may still review the claim under the warranty.

14. Warranty Transfer

The GRAUV warranty is personal to the original purchaser and is not transferable to another owner.

Proof of purchase from GRAUV is required for warranty claims.

15. Warranty Inspection

All warranty claims must be reviewed and inspected by GRAUV before a warranty solution is approved.

We may ask you to provide photographs, videos, your order number, and other information to help us assess the issue.

In some cases, we may need the jewelry returned to us for physical inspection.

16. Warranty Shipping

Shipping responsibility for warranty claims is determined case by case.

If a claim is confirmed as a covered manufacturing or workmanship issue, GRAUV will communicate the applicable shipping arrangements with you.

Please wait for our instructions before sending jewelry to us.

17. Jewelry Care

Proper care helps keep your jewelry looking beautiful and reduces avoidable damage.

Please follow GRAUV's jewelry-care recommendations and avoid exposing jewelry to harsh chemicals, unnecessary impact, or conditions that may damage the metal or gemstones.

Damage resulting from improper care or misuse may not be covered under the warranty.

18. Cleaning & Polishing

Routine cleaning and polishing are not included as a free service under the GRAUV 30-day warranty.

If you need cleaning, polishing, maintenance, or another service, please contact us and we can advise you on the available options.
